Unimarc matt wall enamel

UNIMARC SMALTO MURALE OPACO is a water-based mural enamel, super washable and stain-resistant, ideal for application on internal and external walls and ceilings, both new and already painted. It is perfect for surfaces such as civil plasters, prefabricated panels, gypsum and plasterboard.

It is suitable for finishing and renovating residential environments and spaces that require high hygienic-sanitary standards, such as hospitals, schools, kindergartens, laboratories and food preparation areas. Particularly suitable for surfaces subject to frequent cleaning, it offers low dirt adhesion and excellent resistance to washing, cleaning and disinfection.

Thanks to its high covering power, it effectively masks imperfections, ensuring quality finishes with a matt and bright appearance, enhanced by a high white point. The innovative formulation allows for rapid drying, allowing the rooms to be reoccupied in a short time. The product is easy to spread, does not splash or drip, reducing preparation and cleaning operations.

With a low VOC content and formaldehyde-free, it contributes to living comfort and protects the operator. It is available in a wide range of light, pastel and bright colors, and can be diluted and cleaned with water. Its production is attentive to environmental sustainability.

For surfaces with old paint or particularly absorbent surfaces, it is recommended to apply a fixative beforehand. In the case of finishes with intense colours, a specific fixative is recommended to improve the final coverage. In the presence of mould, it is necessary to treat the surfaces with suitable detergents and, for prevention or mild presence, use a targeted treatment before painting.
